Local leaders play a key role to influence social policy, particularly at a local, and subregional health level.
The 11th July 2023 marked the one year anniversary of the Health and Care Act 2023.
There is growing interest in levelling up the resources which enable equity, equality and emergency-led organisations to go beyond making a stand direct service delivery, to uplift local leaders to speak up on behalf of underserved residents, raise their collective voice and visibility.
