Local leaders we know you are ready to improve the lives of local residents. You have fundable initiatives that inspire residents, offer early help solutions to patients that can take the pressure of the NHS but how do you secure respectful resources from health focused funders?

Residents affected by poverty disadvantage and inequality are more likely to have long- term health support needs.

There is growing concern about the need for family members to seek help early especially if the health conditions is hereditary.

To address the high level of cancer amongst Black and ethnic minority residents.

The NHS sight barriers for communities, mental health, immunisation, healthy weight, diabetes, access to employment IN NHS related roles.

Funds are available across NWL.

What role can community organisations play to increase awareness of health issues earlier?

How can local organisations support service users carers and families to build resilience and improve health outcomes for service users and how does the sector tap into resources to address the community and resident led solutions?
