And if you’re over 50\, or you’re Black\, or you have a family history of the disease\, then your risk is even higher. \nBut the earlier you find it\, the easier it is to treat. \nJoin us for the CVS Brent Health Roadshow\, focusing on Men’s Health and Prostate Cancer Awareness. This event is organised in collaboration with NHS and Brent Public Health\, building on the success of last year’s event. Our host Patrick Burrows\, who is living with prostate cancer\, will share their personal journey and insights. \nThe roadshow is open to everyone and aims to raise awareness about prostate cancer and men’s health issues. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn from healthcare professionals\, participate in informative sessions\, and access valuable resources. \nIn addition to the educational aspect\, there will be entertainment from Comedian Rudi Lickwood and Singer Michael Mendez. Early\, appropriate health services will help to build trust\, improve treatments and improve life chances of residents. \nThe Health Inequalities project marks the beginning of an innovative collaboration with the new Brent African Caribbean Alliance (BACA)\, and seeks to foster engagement strategies that strengthen minoritised community members\, enhancing their influence\, autonomy\, and their ability to effect change in health policy. \nVolunteers form the core of our new initiatives. Understand how to engage and promote respect within relationships. \n2. What your individual responsibilities are in helping to keep people safe. \n3. To recognise the signs and symptoms of an adult potentially at risk and in need of safeguarding. \n4.
