The ride will take a slow pace with opportunities to stop and enjoy the signs of spring.\n\n\nA friendly guided cycle trip exploring local parks. The ride will take a slow pace with opportunities to stop along the way and enjoy the signs of spring. \nThe ride will involve a mix of cycling on quiet roads and in parks. Our ride marshals will manage junctions\, so you and your family can relax and enjoy the ride. \n\nRide length is around 5 miles\, maximum 45 minutes of cycling\nThere will be cafe and play park stop half way\nParents must accompany their children on the ride\nAll riders must be able to confidently control their cycle\nPlease bring water bottle and snacks\nPlease wear clothes which are comfortable to cycle in and appropriate for the weather on the day.\nMeet outside the cafe\nRide Marshals will be wearing Bright Pink Hi Vis Tabards\n\nAny questions please contact \nAlison Litherland \nEmail: alison.litherland@brent.gov.uk \nTel: 07860946291
