Knife Crime Awareness Week Parenting Workshop
Brent Council invites parents, carers, and professionals to an essential workshop aimed at empowering families to safeguard children and young people.
This workshop will provide invaluable support and practical advice on how to prevent youth violence and create safer environments for young people. We are honoured to be joined by the Josh Hanson Trust, who will share powerful insights into the devastating impact of youth violence and provide guidance on how families can support and protect young people from falling into harmful situations.
Additionally, we will hear from the Safer Neighbourhood Police Inspector, who will offer crucial information on local crime trends, crime prevention strategies, and practical steps parents and carers can take to keep children and young people safe from harm.
This session is designed to equip attendees with the knowledge and tools to better understand the challenges young people face, while offering support and actionable solutions for families in our community.
