We will be giving out free assessments and will let you know on the day what our social care team can offer you. This could be anything from helping with mobility issues you might be facing, or cleaning clothes that you are unable to wash yourself.
Colleagues from the council and partner organisations will also be on hand to offer FREE health checks.
