Safeguarding – Closed Cultures Seminar

A closed culture is a poor culture in a health or care service that increases the risk of harm. CVS Brent will be hosting a seminar to be delivered by safeguarding professional Allison Rosenthal who will provide enlightenment on the matter.

This session will have the following outcomes:

To understand what a closed culture is.

To recognise the risk it poses to users of your service.

How to ensure your service does not develop into a closed culture.

Actions to take that create a culture that is respectful, inclusive and personalised.
