Join us for this free event in the “Eighty Years On” exhibition gallery (on the second floor of The Library at Willesden Green), where Philip Grant of Wembley History Society will share the story, in words and pictures, of what life was like for ordinary people in Brent during the Second World War, and how they enjoyed the news that the war in Europe had ended.
