Have your say on Brent’s draft budget for next year

Come along to one of our Brent Connects Budget Special meetings to find out more about the proposals and shape how the council spends its money for the year ahead.

Councils are facing a series of financial challenges, caused by continued high inflation, rapidly increasing demand for services and reduced government funding over the last 14 years.

In Brent, on top of £222m of cuts made since 2010, a further £16 million must be saved in 2025-26 to balance the books.

Join us to hear how the council has made budget proposals which aim to protect the services residents rely on most. We are now asking for local people’s views on these proposals. Help us make these difficult decisions together.
